Stage Baseline With new pages Delta

Numbers assume the new conversion rate kicks in from month 1 and traffic compounds at the rate set. Funnel rates apply identically to both scenarios.

How this is calculated

Each month: sessions × conversion rate = leads. Leads × 90% = MQLs. MQLs × 55% = demos booked. Bookings × 73% = demos attended. Attended × 24% = new customers. Traffic grows by the monthly rate, compounding. The baseline scenario uses the old page CVR; the new scenario uses the projected CVR. Delta = new minus baseline. Revenue is customers × average annual contract value.
